Help & FAQ
Common questions about Sindh Safe City Authority services. For account or technical support, contact your platform administrator.
Sindh Safe City Authority is a public safety platform that allows citizens to report incidents and send SOS alerts securely. Law enforcement and authorized roles can manage, track, and respond to reports through the control panel.
After logging in as a citizen, use the dashboard to submit a new incident report. You can provide category, description, location, and optional evidence. You may report anonymously if the platform allows.
An SOS event is an emergency alert sent from the Sindh Safe City Authority app. It shares your location and can be linked to an incident. Dispatchers and officers see these in real time to coordinate response.
Access is controlled by role-based permissions. Only authorized roles (e.g. dispatchers, officers, analysts, admins) can view and manage incidents and SOS events, in line with data protection and operational policies.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
